How do the savings work?

During the home loan process, you'll typically only communicate with your loan officer while they work to secure your financing. Behind the scenes though, there are many companies involved in various functions from managing the title to working on appraisals. Each of these partner companies is part of the cost associated with securing a loan. As part of the Amres Cares program, we'll be discounting our portion of the transaction, and working with our partners to discount their's as well. Your savings will come from a combination of those discounts.

Shop for a home

We'll work to get you a pre-approval so you can confidently shop for a home, knowing what you can afford.

Complete a mortgage application

Once your offer has been accepted you'll complete a mortgage application and finalize the details of your loan.

We'll process your loan
and the promotion savings

Our processing team will work with you and your loan officer to gather all of the necessary documents and information. We'll apply the promotion credits right to your transaction.

Close

Once everything is all set you'll sign the paperwork and close on your new home.

The Amres CARES Program provides exclusive benefits, including the waiver of underwriting and processing fees up to a value of up to $1,700. These offers are valid on eligible Amres mortgage programs only. Broker-funded, bond, non-delegated, and Down Payment Assistance (DPA) loans are not eligible for these benefits.

Eligibility for the Amres CARES program includes Active Duty and Retired Military Personnel, Veterans, Reservists, Surviving Spouses, Licensed Registered Nurses, Licensed Nursing Specialties, Licensed Practical Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants, and certified teachers who have earned a teaching certificate or license from a credible source such as a government or higher education institution.

Please note that all loans are underwritten and closed by Amres. The availability of loans and services may vary by state, and all loans are subject to credit and property approval. Only one promotion is allowed per loan. Offers are subject to change at any time without notice.
