We're a mortgage company obsessed with making the dream of home ownership achievable.

Amres was founded in 2015 with a vision to build a company around the customer. In the beginning we were a small operation that did business solely through word of mouth. The idea was that if we treated our customers well, they would trust us with helping their friends and family. And it worked. Over time we were joined by like minded loan officers and operations professionals, and now span the continental United States. We do business in all corners of the country with everyone from first-time-homebuyers to seasoned investment professionals. Regardless of our size, we still handle every loan the way we did on day one.

Our approach to lending

Most companies choose one of two common approaches to financing. The first is tech driven. They’ll try to have you handle everything online, so they can reduce the amount of human hours that need to be allocated to your loan. The second approach is quite the opposite and typically uses loan officers as the sole resource for interfacing with the lending process.

At Amres, we offer the best of both worlds. Our loan application and processing technology is top-notch. If you never wanted to speak with a loan officer, you probably wouldn’t have to. But what makes us different is that whether you need them or not, you’ll have a loan officer available to you every step of the way. We’ll never hide behind our tech, and if you need us, we’re always text or phone call away.
