I’m a Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator serving Florida and Texas, with a background in both real estate and lending. Since 2012 I’ve been in the real estate world, and today I focus on helping buyers, sellers, and agents structure deals that actually close especially when the file is “not so easy.”

Because I’ve sat on both sides of the transaction, I understand what’s at stake for realtors and their clients: tight timelines, nervous buyers, complex guidelines, and the pressure to protect your reputation. My approach is simple: be honest, be accessible, and do the extra work on the front end so there are no surprises at the closing table.

I work with a wide range of products, including FHA, VA, Conventional, Non-QM, ITIN, DSCR, non-warrantable condos, and down payment assistance, bond programs in Florida. I enjoy finding legal, smart ways to make deals happen without putting clients into loans that hurt them later.
